While Binyashevsky included many Lemko pysanky from the Pryashiv region of Slovakia in his book, he had only a handful from other Lemko areas (in Ukraine and Poland). The pysanky below are the ones he labelled “Lemko.” All four use the drop-pull technique, but three of them also have elements of linear batik.
