The illustrations below are from an article published in 1934 in the “Litopys Boikivshchyny” (Chronicle of Boikivshchyna), a scholarly journal published in Sambir (Vol. IV, No. 4).  It was an ethnographic piece about pysanky, written by Dr. Mykhailo Skoryk.

These are the plates.  You can see that Boiko pysanky utilize both linear batik and drop-pull forms of pysankarstvo.
