Baba (my mother) has a small collection of goose egg pysanky. Two of them were written by me many years ago, probably back in high school. Friends of my parents apparently had a farm with geese, and acquired two goose eggs for me. They are huge eggs, and the church pysanka was never emptied.
I had no source materials with goose egg pysanka designs, so I adapted chicken eggs designs to a goose egg by repeating the motifs. This worked on the church pysanka, but was not so spectacular on the poppy pysanka.
