This is the second edition of seminal Manko’s book; it was finally republished after being out of print  and unavailable for several years. The new edition has minor corrections to the text, and standardized transliteration of the place names in the Tables section. No new material was added. It is available through All Things Ukrainian, and other North American booksellers should  be carrying it soon.
